Our role as a Property Management Company will be to care for your property in your absence, ensuring it is well maintained, and kept in first class condition.

Our Property Management package will include all of the following essential caretaker services.

We will act as the official key-holder, and will carry out a full property inspection every TWO weeks.

The inspection will include:

• Security checking all windows, doors and alarm system (if fitted).
• Ventilate the property to prevent any stagnations.
• Check and flush all sanitary fittings.
• Check for damp, mould, vermin and infestations.
• Check all lighting, plumbing, electrical appliances, air conditioners and test all boilers.
• Check for leaks, cracks and any weather damage.
• Check and maintain indoor plants.

Advise of any necessary repairs to maintain your property in first
class condition.


We will also include a utility bill paying service, and arrange payment of municipal and local taxes (if required).
